We are investing in the next generation of Young Life staff to reach more of the 222,000 teenagers in the Coastal Region — through clubs, camps, and authentic relationships that point kids to the love of Jesus.

Every dollar is directed into coaching, training, and seed funding so new staff can build clubs, deepen relationships, and reach more kids across Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, the Sunshine Coast, and the Sea-to-Sky corridor.
Staff Associates receive one-on-one coaching and supervision for their local area from a Regional Associate.
Our Regional Trainer leads a Staff Associate learning community with weekly sessions and in-person intensives.
We help areas hire new staff with $1,200 to $10,000 per Staff Associate for each of their first two years.
